We at Zydus believe in sharing knowledge and to continue the legacy, we recently held a Continuous Medical Education program on Gastro with the Ahmedabad Family Physicians Association (AFPA). A large number of doctors were present to attend the Program. The CME featured expert sessions from Dr. Nilay Mehta, Sr. Gastroenterologist, Dr. Bhavin Patel, Sr. GI Surgeon, Dr. Ajay Choksi, Gastroenterologist, and Dr. Dhaivat Vaishnav, GI Surgeon. The annual conference of the Spine Association of Gujarat (SAG) was recently held at Zydus Hospitals in Ahmedabad. The theme was "Complications in Spine Surgeries.". where eminent SAG faculties and national faculties educated the attendees about the complications and their treatments during spine surgeries. Dr. Hitesh Modi, along with some of the renowned senior spine surgeons, welcomed the attendees and addressed them, followed by various sessions and case-based learnings from multiple speakers like Dr. Subhir Jhaveri, Dr. Umesh Srikantha, Dr. Dhruvin Patel, Dr. Arvind Kulkarni, Dr. Chirayu Pamecha, Dr.Niraj Vasavada, Dr. Dipak Patel and many more. We at Zydus Hospitals Ahmedabad, along with Abhinav Bindra Foundation, recently hosted an informative conference - "Shoulder - 360°," - which focused primarily on Shoulder Injuries in Athletes, Rehabilitation, Diagnosis, and Management. Dr. Rohan Vakta, our Arthroscopic & Sports Medicine surgeon, and Ms. Bhagyashree Sawant, a Psychologist, Cyclist, and Mountaineer, were the delegates involved in the conference. Along with the Physiotherapy department of Zydus Hospitals, the Ahmedabad Physiotherapy Association, and the Gujarat Group of Sports Rehab specialists, they played a pivotal role in grooming, teaching, and mentoring the attendees. The conference had over 150 participants from across Gujarat who engaged in detailed interactions while learning from practical demonstrations.
