As an ammendment to the requirement of documents, an ORIGINAL ALLOPATHIC PHYSICIAN'S PRESCRIPTION having registration number, doctor’s stamp and qualification on hospital’s letterhead will be required for sale of #REMDAC #Remdesivir from #ZydusCadila. This is in addition to RT-PCR Report not older than 7 days and a copy of admitted patient’s Aadhar card.
