It was a risky surgery, as the patient weighed only 37 kgs with her hemoglobin being just 7.7 g/dl, but Dr. Riddhi performed a successful surgery by making a small incision and preserving both of Rani's ovaries.
One month post operation as the patient returned for the follow up, her condition has significantly improved, with little to no pain and she can work normally.
